WE ADAPT TO THE NEW ANTICOVID-19 MESURES

Aware of the current complicated situation, Josep’s Mobiliari reinvents itself and adapts to new measures to prevent and avoid to spread the Coronavirus.

The present pandemic situation caused by the appearance of the COVID-19 virus, has led us to a very complicated economic and social global context. This virus implies a great risk since, in addition to have provoke the restriction of our freedom and the stoppage and closure of companies, unfortunately, it has also taken lives. 

That is why Josep’s mobiliari adapts to the new situation by taking all the recommendations and preventive measures necessary to combat its spread:

• Delivery of an Internal Communication of prevention, advice and obligations to all workers.
• Everyone alien to the factory is prohibited from entering.
• The personnel of external companies, who by necessity have to enter to our facilities (mechanics, cleaning, etc.), are obliged to do it with a mask and gloves.
• Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available for workers at the factory entrance and at various points inside.
• Workers are provided with the necessary EPIS: FTP2, surgical and cloth mask, vinyl and latex gloves, and PVC face shield.
• With a health-recommended antiviral disinfectant, Germosan-Nor BP1, all common areas are disinfected twice a day, and also at all shift changes.
• Whenever is possible, we do work 1,5m apart.
• The access doors to the offices, dining room and toilets remain always open to avoid contact with door handles.

• Before entering, worker’s temperature is taken every day using an infrared thermometer.
• Offices and CNCs have an isopropyl alcohol spray for daily cleaning of keyboards and screens.
• Limitation of the dining room capacity and placement of a large table which guarantees safety distances.
• An annexed occupational risk assessment was carried out with the company IBERSYS.
• Carrying out rapid antibody tests on all workers through IBERSYS Company.
• Personnel working in offices have methacrylate partition walls.
• Placing informative posters about how to wash your hands with soap and disinfectant.
• Execution of regular meetings to remember and update the measures.
